CASH TRACKS – SPECIFIC RULES

1. Application of Terms

1.1 These Specific Rules together with Magna Radio’s General Competition Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) apply to the promotion known as Cash Tracks (the “Promotion”).

1.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Specific Rules and the General Terms.

1.3 In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules will prevail.

2. Promotion Overview

2.1 Cash Tracks is an on-air competition in which listeners must correctly identify a specific pre-selected song (the “Cash Track”) when prompted by the Presenter.

2.2 The Cash Track will be selected in advance by Magna Radio and documented internally before each round opens.

2.3 The cash prize amount for each round will be clearly stated on-air before entries open.

2.4 Each round is standalone. There is no rollover or accumulation of prize funds between rounds.

3. How to Enter

3.1 When prompted on-air, listeners must enter via the method announced by the Presenter. This may include:

Sending a WhatsApp message to the published Magna Radio number;

Sending a text message to the number provided; or

Calling the studio number given on-air.

3.2 The entry window will open and close as announced on-air.

3.3 Only entries received within the stated entry window will be valid.

3.4 Only one entry per person per round is permitted.

3.5 Entrants must provide their full name and any other information requested as part of the entry process.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 From all correct and eligible entries received during the entry window, one entrant will be selected at random.

4.2 The selected entrant may be called back and brought on air to confirm their answer.

4.3 If the selected entrant:

Does not answer the return call;

The call goes to voicemail;

The line quality is unsuitable for broadcast;

Appears to be driving or unable to safely participate;

Is not able to correctly confirm the answer when asked live on air;

Magna Radio reserves the right to select another entrant at random from the remaining correct entries.

4.4 The Presenter’s decision is final.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize for each round is the cash amount stated on-air.

5.2 The prize will be paid by bank transfer (BACS) only.

5.3 Winners must provide valid UK bank account details in their own name.

5.4 Cash prizes will be transferred within 28 days of receipt of all required verification details.

5.5 Magna Radio will not make payment via cash, cheque, PayPal, cryptocurrency or any alternative payment method.

6. Eligibility

6.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

6.2 Entrants must be UK residents.

6.3 Entry is limited to one entry per person per round. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

6.4 Employees, presenters, contractors and anyone professionally connected with Magna Radio are not eligible to enter.

6.5 Magna Radio reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant where it believes there has been excessive, suspicious or fraudulent activity.

7. Verification

7.1 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and address.

7.2 Magna Radio reserves the right to verify that the telephone number used to enter belongs to the winner.

7.3 Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

7.4 If it is discovered that an entrant has used multiple names, numbers, devices or automated systems, or attempted to manipulate the Promotion, Magna Radio reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and withdraw any prize awarded.

8. Publicity

8.1 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable on-air publicity.

8.2 Magna Radio may publish the winner’s first name and town on-air and across its digital platforms.

9. General

9.1 Magna Radio reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary.

9.2 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Magna Radio is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.3 The Promotion is governed by English law.
