Over the past few days, we’ve been busy sharing some exciting news on our social media channels and the response has been brilliant. We’re delighted to now officially welcome five new presenters to the Magna Radio family.
As a station built around great music, local stories and familiar voices, it’s been important to us to bring together presenters who genuinely love radio and understand our audience. These latest additions do exactly that, bringing a huge amount of experience, personality and passion to the schedule.
Meet our new presenters
Rob Hammond
With more than 25 years behind the microphone, Rob is a voice many listeners will instantly recognise. From interviewing world-famous artists to creating unforgettable radio moments, Rob brings warmth, humour and a real love of music to Magna Radio. He’ll be keeping listeners company at the weekend.
John Denzel
John’s love of music and live sport shines through everything he does. With bags of energy and a passion for entertaining radio, he’s a great fit for Magna Radio and someone we know listeners will quickly connect with.
Gav
Formerly of Lincs FM and Trax FM, Gav has spent nearly two decades broadcasting across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. When he’s not in the studio, he’s DJing at some of Lincoln’s biggest bars and clubs or heading out on adventures with his pug, Spud. Gav will be bringing the soundtrack to weekday afternoons on Magna Mix Drive.
Dave Kelly
Dave’s radio career spans major UK networks and even international broadcasts heard across the world. Known for his love of big tunes and feel-good anthems, Dave’s HitMix show is all about music you know, love and can sing along to, making him the perfect addition to our weekend line-up.
Stuart
Stuart brings a strong mix of radio experience, great music knowledge and a natural on-air style. With a passion for connecting with listeners and creating radio that feels friendly and inclusive, Stuart adds yet another familiar and trusted voice to the Magna Radio schedule.
