We’re excited to be recruiting a Marketing & Communications Manager — a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, shaping how we share our story, connect with our audiences, and grow our impact.
This is far more than a traditional marketing role. It’s an opportunity to lead meaningful, audience-led communications that bring our work to life, from powerful storytelling and creative campaigns to strengthening our brand and amplifying the voices of the people and communities we support.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and deliver our marketing and communications strategy
- Shape powerful, audience-led campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement
- Oversee brand, content and storytelling across all channels
- Work closely with senior leadership to bring our mission to life
- Line manage and collaborate with our fundraising function to support income growth
We’re looking for someone creative, strategic, and hands-on, a confident communicator who can turn ideas into compelling campaigns, and who is motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
