Brits predict robot maintenance engineers (26%) and AI trainers (26%) will be among the most common jobs, alongside tech-enabled doctors and nurses (25%), when asked what we might all be doing by 2106.
But despite all the robots, the future could be surprisingly human as 62% believe human interaction will remain a key workplace skill, while 54% think transferable skills will become more valuable than technical ones.
Brook Street’s recruitment experts predict roles including longevity specialists, human connection managers and care navigators could emerge.
