The restored shopfronts, funded by West Lindsey District Council through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, mark a significant step forward in the regeneration of the former Lloyds Bank building in the heart of Market Rasen. The project will transform the historic property into a vibrant community café and hub, creating a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.
The building will become the new home of Clip, relocating its popular Clip Café and training centre from Queen Street to a larger, purpose-designed premises on Market Place. Reopening as Grange Café, the venue will continue to be operated by the Clip team, offering affordable, nutritious food alongside an expanded programme of learning, wellbeing and employability support for the local community.
