We kicked off One Moment In Time and landed on 1999, which turned out to be a brilliant year. That was the year The Dambusters Inn opened over in Scampton, and Madonna was riding high in the charts with Beautiful Stranger. Great memories all round.
The Mystery Voice is still keeping everyone guessing. Alison in Lincoln was convinced it was Pixie Lott, but the clip is up on my page if you want to have a listen and make up your own mind. We've got two people sitting in the Hall of Fame right now, and the answer is coming tomorrow, so get your thinking caps on.
The phones were busy today. We had a proper good chat about the things you miss from home when you're away on holiday. Decent tea came up a lot, Sunday roasts, and more than a few of you admitted you miss Netflix. Fair enough, honestly. We also went back to August 1999 for the solar eclipse, and you had some brilliant stories about where you were and what you were doing when it happened.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be a big one. It's A Level Results Day, so if you or someone you know is picking up results in the morning, I want to hear from you. It's also set to be the hottest day of the year, so I'll be playing the car thermometer game. Get your readings ready.
