Competition terms

The promoter

Competitions are run by FAB Radio Ltd, trading as Magna Radio (company number 16686215), Think Tank Building, Ruston Way, Lincoln, LN6 7FL, unless a competition says otherwise.

Who can enter

UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Magna Radio and of any partner involved in the competition, and their immediate families.

How to enter

Each competition explains how to enter (online, by WhatsApp, text, phone or social media) and its closing date and time. Late, incomplete or automated entries won't count. One entry per person unless the competition says otherwise. Entering by text or phone costs your standard network rate.

Winners

Winners are chosen at random from all correct entries after the closing date, unless the competition says otherwise (for example, live on air). We'll contact winners using the details they gave. If we can't reach a winner within 48 hours we may choose another.

Prizes

Prizes are as described, with no cash alternative, and can't be transferred unless we agree. If a prize becomes unavailable we may offer something of similar value. Partner-provided prizes are subject to the partner's own terms.

Your details

We use entrants' details to run the competition, as explained in our privacy policy. If a competition is run with a partner and your details will be shared with them, that competition's terms will say so.

General

We may change or cancel a competition if something outside our control means it can't run as planned. Our decision on any competition is final. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
