John’s Tuesday Blog: Blood, Berries and Boyzone

It was a hazardous start to the day for John this morning. Not only did he manage to cut himself shaving, but moments later he did it again on a tin of tuna. So, a normal Tuesday really.

The good news is that scientists are now saying the key to youthful skin is eating berries, apples, coffee and tea. John has all of those regularly, which surely makes him living proof that the scientists are talking nonsense.

Looking ahead to Friday, Rob Hammond will be in for John.

Co-host Friday is taking a short break for the next couple of weeks. John is away this Friday, and on Friday 22nd all of our shows will be coming from Air Ambulance HQ.

Then, on May 29th, John will be joined between 12 and 1 by Mark Steele, lead singer with the superb local covers band Stolen Fridays.
