Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue has handed out its annual recognition awards, celebrating the people and teams who have gone the extra mile over the past year.
The awards cover everything from frontline firefighting, both wholetime and on-call, to community safety, emergency planning, leadership and the control room team who handle 999 calls.
The Community Fire Safety Team picked up the award for most effective community safety initiative, for a caravan fire safety campaign. The team was also given the councillor's award for setting up two new fire cadet units during the year.
Chief Fire Officer Mark Baxter said the panel had a hard job choosing winners from so many nominations, and that the awards were a reminder of the commitment that "makes Lincolnshire a safer place to live".
