Movember: share the groups that help Lincolnshire men stay well
Ahead of Movember, the county council is highlighting local support for men's mental health and asking people to share what has helped them.

November is Movember, and Lincolnshire County Council is using it to shine a light on the community groups helping men look after their mental health.
Alongside formal NHS services, there are groups across the county that help men feel less isolated and get support before things reach crisis point. They include BroPro, a peer support group where men can meet and talk, and Boston Men's Shed, a place to socialise, make friends and share skills. More local support is listed on the HAY Lincolnshire website, haylincolnshire.co.uk.
The council also wants to hear from people who have been helped by a local club, group or activity. Stories can be shared at letstalk.lincolnshire.gov.uk/movemberinlincolnshire.
If you or someone you know needs urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option. In an emergency, call 999.
