Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park

Every unit in the first phase of Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park is now let, North Kesteven District Council has announced.

The 37-acre site sits beside the A17 to the north of Sleaford. Its first 15 units, totalling 41,469 sq ft, are home to a mix of local and national businesses, including utilities firms, builders and a pet food manufacturer. The last unit to go was 1,690 sq ft.

Agents BTG Eddisons said the quality of the buildings, the landscaped setting and the A17 link to the A1 and the east coast ports had all helped attract tenants.

Council leader Cllr Richard Wright said the council bought the site to bring new jobs and growth to Sleaford, and that it is "clearly achieving that already".
